We are using CADLink to push BOMs from SolidWorks to Epicor. Mostly it works fine but lately when adding a part to SolidWorks it fails to come into Epicor for the one part, leaving unapproved part revs to be used in Epicor. QBuild says we need to adjust or “reevaluate the validity” of the Epicor-side validation. Something we’ve never had to do, don’t know where to begin, and whether this is something QBuild is supposed to handle. Nothing has changed at our end and single parts just stopped coming over to Epicor.
Any ideas where to begin trying to resolve this?
