I had this when I first installed 10.0 We got demo licenses for all modules for testing and review, when the demo expired, the now unlicensed modules remained enabled. No amount of deleting/reinstalling new or different licenses would disable the modules! Disabling security is one way but then there will be processes firing as part of business objects in other modules that will also encounter licensing errors. Ultimately, we had to do as Andris mentions. I had Epicor support connect and perform the delete of rows no longer licensed in the Ice.EnabledModules table on SQL. It worked fine, and I was comfortable that Epicor had the accountability! Kind Regards, Phil Phil Hull Consultant mobile: +44 7979141868 www.clearbusinessoutcome.com ------
