Save the Date - October 12, 2023

Hello Everyone,We have picked the date for our next meeting.  It will be held in Charlotte, NC on Thursday, October 12, 2023.  It will be a Procurement focused day.  We will have Advanced Requisition module demonstration and presentation.  I am working to have SourceDay present as well as Epicor representatives to review the Purchasing section of Epicor.  We will of course have a round table session as well.  I hope you can make plans now to attend.  If you have been to Charlotte before, it will be at the same hotel.  Watch for more details soon!Thanks!Josh Owings

Insights 2023 - Ad Hoc Meetup Mon. 5/15/2023

Hello Everyone,If you are coming out to Insights in Las Vegas, then lets meet and greet for a few minutes if you would like to put a face with a name.  If you are new to Insights, then it will be great to chat on the opening evening of the event.  There will be a welcome reception in the Solutions Pavilion on Monday evening from 5:30 to 7:30 PM.  Let’s plan to “ad hoc” meetup in the corner of the Elevation Station closes to the Account Managers section for the Kinetic system.  Looking at the map, that will be the back left corner of the Elevation Station as you come into the Solutions Pavilion.  You can direct message if you would like or try to connect in the app as well.  I hope everyone coming is looking forward to a great conference.See you there if you're coming!Josh Owings

Southeast Regional Group Meeting - September 2022

Southeast Epicor User Group Next Meeting

Hello Everyone,It has been a long time since we have had an onsite meeting.  I sent a survey out a while back asking for input for possible timing for an “in-person” meeting.  I did not get many responses.  However, I now have a company willing to help sponsor a meeting in Greenville, SC either on April 27 or April 28.  I do not want to start a meeting setup unless I know we will have some attendees.  Will you please respond to this thread with your interest and preferred date?  Also, if you have any questions please let me know.  I am not sure the venue we would use yet, but I do have some ideas.  Thank you for your time!Regards!Josh

Canceling 4th Qtr Meeting on 12/3

Hello EUG Members,I am canceling our 4th quarter meeting that was scheduled for 12/3/2019 in Greenville, SC.  I know I sent out a save the date email a few weeks ago, but after sending out that update my schedule changed a little.  I have tried to find the time to get this finished, but I was unable to complete it in a timely manner.  I am now also scheduled to be out of town during this meeting time for another project i am assigned too.  Therefore, I have made the decision to cancel the meeting.  I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you with your schedule.  I do intend to have a first quarter meeting in February or March of 2020 in Greenville, SC.  I am not sure the exact timing yet.  Thank you in advance for your understanding!Kindest regards,------------------------------Josh OwingsERP Applications ManagerJR Automation22 S. 4th Qtr Meeting - Save the Date / Register for Room

Meeting Summary and 4th Qtr Meeting Save the Date

Hello Everyone,Sorry for the delay in getting this response back out to the group.  I have had a busy couple of weeks since the meeting.  We had another great meeting.  I would like to thank everyone that come out.  It was great see some first time visitors as well.  I trust the meeting was a valuable experience for you.  I know several people really enjoyed seeing the REST Services presentation and understanding more about the power that Epicor provides to us users through this interface.  The tax presentation from Avalara is always interesting.  The complexity of taxes is overwhelming to me.  We also had a good networking session.During the networking session I spoke about how you can point the help environment of your on-prem system to a publicly available help web site provided by Epicor per version.  It is also kept up-to-date on a regular basis.  This also keep you from having to maintain an internal help web site.  Remember, though if you have local annotations to the help syste

3rd Qtr Meeting - Early Stages of Planning

Hello Everyone,First let me apologize for not getting any information out in a while.  Second, I am happy to let you all know I am finalizing the details for a 3rd Qtr meeting.  I know our 1st Qtr meeting fell through, and then we had Insights in the 2nd Qtr.  Now, we are rapidly approaching the end of summer.  I am looking to keep the same agenda from the 1st qtr meeting.  I am checking on schedules with presenters currently.  Once I know this is good, then I will finalize the date details.  I am still looking to have this meeting in Atlanta.  Right now I am looking at the week of 9/16.  I am also planning for us to go back to the Marriott in Duluth/Qwinnett Place since the price is very good.  I want to have the date final by the end of next week to allow for a four week notice regarding any travel bookings required for attendees.  Also, this hotel will have a block of 10 rooms available for us on the night before the meeting.  I look forward to meeting up with everyone soon.  I hope

Insights 2019 - Hope to see you there!
