Is anyone else experiencing an extended period of time during Kinetic [Cloud] updates (not the semi-annual upgrades)? Although Epicor is telling us to expect a downtime around 60 minutes, our actual downtime stretches into several hours.
Over this past weekend, the uplift to 2021.2.3 took 18 hours while previously it had only taken 4. Is this length of time normal? We’re a 24/7 operation and being able to plan accordingly is critical.
