January Meeting

Hello Group!

In the past, we have met on the third Thursday every other month. For the January meeting that would fall on January 15. There have been in the past, and will be in the future, times when we need to move the meeting date for various reasons, but going forward let's stay with the third Thursday of every other month as a rule so people can plan in advance.

All that being said, I hope that Philadelphia Mixing Solutions can still host on January 15. At the last meeting we wanted to discuss Supply Chain and possibly Tax Connect if Avalara can make it. We will need resources for Supply Chain. If you would like to present please reply to the group or to me.

For those that could not make it to the November meeting here is a small recap:


1. Rose McMullen from Epicor gave a presentation of Financials in Epicor ERP 10.

2. Nadine Haines from Insaco gave a presentation on using dashboards to look for outliers.

3. Elections were held

a. Chairperson - Doug Oswald

b. Vice-Chair - Scott Lepley

c. Secretary - Linda Lingle

d. Treasurer - Kathy Hambleton

4. We also voted to move our funds from the CPAVUG bank account to an account with the EUG.

Unfortunately, I will be unable to attend this meeting since Fleetwood is going live on Epicor ERP 10 at the end of the month. If there are no other volunteer companies to host the meeting in March, Fleetwood could host or we could return to the Fire Hall. That meeting will be on March 19.
