I’m on Epicor 905. I have an order the total on the screen in Epicor is different than what prints out. I’ve added line by line and the one on the screen in Epicor is wrong. I can’t see where the problem is. Has anyone had this issue?
Joe, did you try running the standard style as this is a customized version so probably an issue with the custom one like around rounding. do you have unit prices that go out further than 2 decimals. Also being on v9 you are on an unsupported version, so if it is a bug in the report you will not get a fix for it.
I thought about that, but one, it’s only this order. Also, the customized version is $427 less than what is on the screen so it wouldn’t be rounding. Also, I went line by line and each line is the same price printed and on the screen, but the totals are different.
