Anyone using this module within Epicor, either version 9 or 10?

I am looking for some information on:


  • the administrative requirements of set-up and on-going use

  • how does this module interact with MRP/MPS

  • benefits of using this module

  • deficiencies of this module

  • additional tools you have had to build to provide information/data not available within the module (BAQ/Dashboards, reports, etc.)

We have the maintenance module.  We have used it to enter our machines and setup preventative maintenance schedules.  Also we use it for maintenance work orders in which T & E can be captured.  Not many changes to this module for us but we have just started using it in the past year.
