We have operations defined as Rwk operations and GL account is mapped to those but the Hours clocked are still going to Product cost instead of Rework cost
Would like to know what we are missing ??

Are the users clocking on/off the rework activities rather than just clocking on/off the job operation?

Also
All the below 4 operations are completed but the “green tick” do not appear,
Thus we can’t tell whether the operations are completed or not.
