Dashboard for one user not working

I have one user that gets no data when he runs a dashboard. It works for everyone else. I have cleared the cache and he has no personalization's. I have had this issue in the past and ended up creating a new user I.D. Anyone else run into this?

Have you checked their User Group membership and any security applied to the form for those groups?

Sorry should have said, not just on the Dashboard/BAQ but on the underlying data….what is the dashboard displaying?

What is strange on this was it was working for him. Now when he refreshes the date range it returns nothing. As soon as I created him with a different user I.D. with same security it works fine. I have actually had this happen to a couple other users over the years.
