hi
i have setup customer shipment ssrs document to be routed using Docstar, which basically emails it off to a hardcoded email address at the moment.
what i want to do, is pick up a contact called “shipping” based on name or function as per below, and use its email address for email delivery
above i setup the field in the worflow to set “To” = email address when Func = shipping
but i never get the email when i use logic like this
any ideas for me?
