We had one MTO job that was completed on6/24/21 and shipped on 7/29/21 that went through the auto job closing process. Although it stayed in the Job Closing Exception tracker until it shipped. We had another job that completed in March 2021 and shipped in July 2021 that did not auto close when shipped. Wondering if there is a rule where amount of time between the completion and shipment impacts the auto closing.
Auto job closing does not always close Make to Order jobs when completion date and shipment date are different
