BAQ to Match Part Whse and Part Plant

I am new to BAQ’s and banging my head against the wall. I am trying to create a simple BAQ that shows the On Hand Inventory for all our parts. I need the fields Company, Plant, Warehouse, PartNum, Part Descr, BuyerID, PersonID, and On Hand Qty. I know I need the PartWhse, PartPlant, and Part tables to accomplish this but I can’t figure out how to properly join the PartWhse and PartPlant tables. 

Any advice on how to make this happen? Any way  have tried has either ended up with all my warehouses showing up in all my plants (which isn’t possible) or only showing my primary warehouses and not the others. I feel like it shouldn’t be this difficult and I am just missing some simple piece.
