Cannot Drag and Drop Attachment in one Company (Order Entry Call log)

I have two companies and in one I can drag and drop attachments. I drag it and it still has the plus sign but it does nothing. I can browse for a file just fine.

 

The company that works does not have any document types setup, so I removed the one I was using for testing in the company that is not working. Still does not work.  Is there something in the Company Configuration that needs to be changed?

You have to create an attachment type under System Management - Document Management - Attachment Type Maintenance.  Follow the instructions in the Application Help for the Attachment Type Maintenance.

This must exist for each company, this allows you to keep the documents separated by company.  Be sure you have enough storage space on the server as it can grow surprisingly fast.
