Costing in DMR

We have a job that we just scrapped parts from, and the burden unit cost jumped from $111 up to $1194.  The transactions are shown below:

 

We have the Move Costs to DMR enabled in Company Configuration.  I’m having a difficult task to determine where that big jump in burden cost came from.   If anyone can guide me where to look that would be helpful.

We are using Epicor 10.2.500.

Hi Gary,

It looks like some 00062 parts shipped from inventory on 2/21 and 2/22. Can you show that these parts are from the same job as the ones that went to DMR? What is the job’s Prod Qty.? How much labor went into the job between 2/22 and 2/26 (hours and cost of labor and burden) when you scrapped the 5 parts? 

Hi Wayne,

We receive all product into stock so those parts you saw were shipped from stock.  The DMR transactions were the first transactions on this job.  The job prod qty is 200.

There were labor transactions prior to the scrap.  Below are all the labor transactions for this job:
