We are implementing Kinetic views in 2022.2.12. When we tested 6 months ago, it worked. Now it is not.
Any ideas?

At Insights, Nathan Anderson told me that the implementation of bug fixes and new development over the past two years has been so fast and furious that in some cases fixes over-wrote other fixes in the code, which would have the effect of un-fixing bug fixes. When you open your case with Epicor, their Support person may tell you that the issue is working in another version of the software, and they may not have been told that a specific release has the issue, even though it’s a known issue in earlier revisions.
Also, in a webinar this year, Tim Shoemaker said that there are so many changes to the Kinetic screens between 2022 and 2023 that he doesn’t recommend doing UI customizations on the 2022 versions of the software. Not that you’re customizing, but just in case your company is doing that.
