Epicor multi BOM MRP planning

Hello,

 

We are struggling with Epicor’s planning functionality. We use plan as assembly for all our BOMs, however the system is unable to consider extended lead times on lower level constrained material. Please see an example below.

MRP created this job which we just have on an auto firm process

There is a component within this job which is causing the extended deadlines, we cannot change that and everything is MRP. Why is MRP not considering the blown up BOM lead time?

We cannot add fixed mfg lead times as sometimes we have the lower level components in stock, then it could take us 1 day to manufacturer all pieces required. Due to COVID, all our items have extended lead times and we have locked our POs. Global Scheduling also does not help with the process.

Is MRP scheduled?  Did someone check “Ignore Constrained Materials” when they set-up the schedule?  An obvious one but worth mentioning to be sure.

We have run it as constrained every night. I also tried to manually reschedule it, here is the log.
