Do you have the Education / Demo database and the Embedded Education? There is a course in there for the basics of using SSRS.
The Epicor University also has other courses that are offered at times - look at the Epicor Learning Center for Videos and Courses.

Can you clarify what you mean by “Financial Report Writer” training….there are a number of ways to create Financial Reports in E10...BAQ/Dashboards, EDD Views, REST extracts into Excel/Power BI, FastClose…..and the list goes on
