Guys, i am trying to get my head around this as i have not used FWB for many years. We want to use this to pick and pack customer shipments but for the life of me i cannot remember how it is done. I guess this would also apply to Jobs etc..
Can someone let me know how the process goes?

Well, For sales orders, Go to fulfillment Workbench, click on Order fulfillment, the search.
Here you can enter an order number, a fulfillment date or some other criteria.
then Select the lines of interest.
Got to Actions and Reserve and Relase for Picking.
Answer the following questions
If the stock is available, you will get an OK and the Pick order will show up in AMM Material Request Queue
