Kinetic login - default to Classic

 Is there a way to default the Kinetic login to “Classic” on the below splashscreen?

We have found a way through the config to set it so that it always open as Classic (without an option to select the style), but ideally we want to give users the choice but default to Classic as used by most users?

Hi, 

We’re using SSO, so I do not see the login screen. However, we will default all users to use Classic UX once we go live with Kinetic 23.1 by updating with DMT DefaultFormType. 

If you want to default the user to Classic UX use the DefaultFormType Base.

If you want to default the user to Kinetic UX use the DefaultFormType Url.

 This is the setting users can change themselves from Settings/Preferences.

We are going to go live to 2023.x with the Kinetic home screen but still use the classic forms. To default all the users to use classic forms - 

System Setup > System Maintenance > Menu Maintenance
Select Main Menu
Click on elliptical dot (...) and select Kinetic Options
Uncheck Enable New UI and click Apply button

Do the above for Process’ as well.

 

We also used a bpm to stop the nagging prompt for users to try the new kinetic forms.
