We have a distribution site in Australia and they occasionally have Epicor problems and need technical support while we in the US are asleep.
Has anyone found a vendor who can provide managed support / help desk for Epicor users for facilities in Australia?
The main ERP/Kinetic partner in Australia is Precise Business Solutions. I’ve been a customer of theirs in a previous life!

Let your customer account manager know about this challenge. Australia support is available - it would depend on your support contract and how it was structured. You might have support from Epicor directly..
