We are using backwards (infinite) scheduling to schedule a job.
At the beginning of the job we set up the operations with the Finish to start or Finish to Finish relationships, and backward schedule the job from the required date. This generates the scheduled Start and Finish dates that we use for our plans.
However, once we have started to book actual hours and quantities to a job, when the job is re-scheduled, this is taken into account, and the planned start and finish dates change.
Is there a way of running scheduling without taking into account "actuals already clocked", so that we can see the original planned start and end dates?
