Is there a hierarchy that determines which comments are printed on a packing slip? for example if I have an order that has comments in Header-Comments-Packing Slip AND in Lines-Comments-Packing Slip. The packing slip prints what is in Lines-Comments-Packing Slip. If there aren’t comments in Lines-Comments-Packing Slip will the comments in Header-Comments-Packing Slip print?
As long as you have entered the comments in the Sales Order → Header → Comments → Pack tab
these comments should print on the pack slip underneath the ship via section. Unless you have a customized packslip where the field has been hidden.
Line comments should print even if there are no header comments.
