Terry McGrady at Epicor (Northeast) has a good stable at this disposal. They wrote my SSRS uploads for the 10 upgrade. And my custom InvWIP GL posting to include item details in the description.
But I also use Epicenter’s, Brian Turgeon. Epicenter is great to work with, and Brian’s wit is awesome to deal with.
I would recommend just fine one and use them. Once they get an understanding of your org, they can better plan the results you need, that you didn’t know.
