Unable to Remove Part Out of Inspection

A serial number that is on the receipt is not available in inspection processing to move out of inspection so I am getting this error.

I am trying to create a calculated field for all order detail part numbers that begin with “621” and count them up OrderDtl.PartNum like '621%'

How can I created a calculated field in a BAQ with one static number or word?   This is a supplier ID provided from a customer.

DMT template for Labor Entry

I have the template from DMT but does someone have a template with data for labor entriesso I can see what some fields should be populated as?  DMT will run without errors but nothing changes.  Attached is what I have used.

PO Suggestion Does Not Turn Into PO

Recently, on a few po suggestions when we click buy and generate the purchase order, we find that the PO was not created.  We can then rerun po suggestions and select buy on the po suggestion again.  The second time it will create the PO.  We cannot replicate this and it is not consistent, different parts, different suppliers and different buyers it has occurred to.
