Customer Signature and Electronic Form

Hi all.Serval of our forms we require our customer to sign. Such as a quotation form  We use Kinetic / SSRS report builder / PDF report. This is emailed to the customer as an attachment file.  - is there a method to create an electronic form, where the customer can insert an e-signature and submit the form?We are trying to make it easier for our customers to sign and agree to the quotation without having to print, sign, scan and attached on a return email  There is several applications such as Jot form or Docusign for electronic forms. Has anyone found something that works with Epicor / SSRS? Thanks Tom

Apply Duty / Import costs to a part

Hi all,We currently use landed costs to disburse the carriage / freight cost over the parts on receipt which works well.Occasionally (becoming more frequent) there is an additional Duty / Import cost being charged by the transport vendor.Therefore a seperate PO is being raised for this cost as its a separate Vendor to the supplier of the goods.We would like this additional cost also to be disbursed and added to the parts cost, so the parts final cost is the true value, (Cost + Freight + Duty)What is the best methods to handle this? The only solusion that came to mind is to do a cost adjustment on a FIFO stack to increase this cost manually. Possibly add a reason code for "Duty / Import"This results in manual calculation with possible risks of error.Thanks

Serial Number Cost Question

Hi,How does Epicor handle the cost method for Serial Number tracked items?In general we use FIFO costing method - we have several serial number tracked parts and if possible on these SN parts we would like the cost fixed to that individual serial number.I can’t see an option in Epicor to do this and wonder if anyone has a solusion. I thought a possible option is to use LOT FIFO cost method along with SN tracking & create a new LOT number for each individual inventory transaction. - However this creates an additional processes and complications. Thank you
