Need Database links for Job Resource ID when using Capabilities

We are using Capabilities and I need to PRINT on the JOB Traveler the ResourceID in the Scheduled Resource section.  The Field Help says that info is in the EpBinding Field as JobResource.ResourceID - However in the Field Help - There is NOT a DB Field - We are New to Kinetic and writing our first reports.  How can I get to this information to print it.

Capability with Resources - Production Factor use

We are trying to setup a Capability with 2 resources.  1 machine is less efficient - so we want to use the Production Factor.  Main Machine = 1.0 on Production Factor - Secondary Machine takes 1.5 more time- so we put 1.5 in the Production Factor. Our thoughts are that the Production rate on the Operation would increase based on the Production Factor in the Capability.  This is NOT HAPPENING…. Does anyone know if this Production Factor really works?????

PCID - Trying to Ship a WIP PCID

Has anyone suscessfully shipped a Customer Order that has a Make Direct item that was received with a PCID into WIP.  Epicor Says you can.  We go to Customer Shipment Entry and and all we get is a message that the PCID NOT FOUND.  We can see the PCID in the WIP Transaction . Anyone has Success in this?
