Have you tried locking the job on the schedule? Locking it would ensure it doesn’t move around, with MRP changes or job completion updates.

Hi Arno, as others have mentioned Receive Time could be a factor.Another hidden one could be under the Site Maintenance- Detail- Planning Tab. ‘Prod Preparation Time’ and ‘Kit Time’ also add days to lead time of jobs. Check to see if there is anything more than a zero in those fields.
Hi Tracy,Do you have the operation setup to use 13 scheduling blocks? Using 13 scheduling blocks would indicate you want to use all 13 of the resources within that resource group.
Have you tried load leveling if you are running finite capacity?
