Hi Melissa,Did you add the new field to the UD Column Maintenance?I believe the old Date01 etc… fields that were in E9 are no longer there, because now you can add as many custom fields as you want. You then need to re-gen the database and recycle the IIS app pool.Once that is done, you can then check in UD Column Maintenance, go to the table and then check if the Table and Data Model are synced. Hope that helps a little.Mark.

Having just figured this out I thought I would post here so others might find it useful.For the example above:Create the UD field to store the choice in the database, most likely a text field. Create the customisation with the radio buttons within a group box. Add your labels as required. Bind all the radio buttons to the UD field (all the same) In the EpiRadioText box add in the text you want within that field when that radio button is chosen. If you add a text box to the customisation and bind it to the same field you can then see if that works, before hiding or removing the text box as required.RegardsMark
