Not sure if you guys can help, I will post another question about this, but I am having a hard time moving from the Classic UI to Kinetic. I am finding a variety of menu items that are setup as Classic or User Choice, even though I unselect the option for the user to override it and Kinetic is selected. Sometimes, the menu doesn’t seem to save my changes in those check boxes either.In an example, Time and Expense errors out with “edge agent." EpicCare and a consultant group said Edge Agent is installed correctly. In another example, we had to copy it to the current company, change it to Kinetic App and see if we could locate the program. But for Time and Expense, I can’t find the program.It seems like there are random cases of this and I am not sure what the root cause is and how to fix it.
@Luke Rogers did you solve the email setup problem? We are getting the same error now. GCC High SaaS.
Did either of you make progress on this? I am trying to figure out a few solutions/design ideas, wanted to see if this could be one.
