Scheduled resources will be under the JobOprDtl table. I believe the field you’re looking for is JobOprDtl_ResourceID.
Physical Inventory (and Cycle Counting) uses the same basic processes… it is very controlled, and if you do not follow the process, you will have challenges. You should be able to find information in the help files as well as on Epicor Education in EpicWeb.. I have taught the subject multiple times at Insights, as well as at User Group meetings and individual customers. When done properly, it can be used to create a very solid process of validating your inventory. Here is a chart of all the pieces and what needs to be done for Cycle Counting. Note that Physical Inventory is basically a “big cycle count” in that instead of only selecting part of your warehouse, you select ALL the parts from your warehouse. Hi Tim,Are any of those trainings available as a recording by chance?
Ended up being a known bug with the DMT. Epicor sent me a new dll file and that fixed the issue.
I’ve added myself as:An authorized user for every Sales person under Work ForceAn authorized user under the default Sales Territory → Territory SalespersonsVerified Territory Security for Sales Orders = False under Company ConfigVerified no customers are marked as ‘Territory Locked’ and all customers have the default territory setChecked ‘View All Territories/View Company Pipeline’ under Work ForceDeleted my Work ForceReadded my Work ForceCompared security between Test and Live I am beyond stumped at this point.
We only have 1 territory right now that’s called “global” and every sales person is set to that one. I did make myself an authorized user under every sales person along with marking “view all territories” under my work force account. I will double check all of this when I get to the office though.
Are you using CRM security, i.e. have you enabled limits on viewing territories? I checked every spot I could find and only Global is listed. Just to be safe I did mark “view all territories” under my work force in case I missed something but that didn’t work either. I figured it had something to do with CRM but I can not find it.
