We are having multiple instances where a job is completed and closed in Job Closing, but is still showing up as demand in time phase. We have looked and WIP is checked cleared, all material was issued, everything myself and the team can think of is done. The only consistency between the jobs is that they are all attached to a project, though different projects, which have been closed. The work-around is sending in the required rows to Epicor tech team and getting a data fix, but why is this happening? Is anyone else seeing this?
Hi, We have just recently started using the Cycle Count functionality within Epicor 10.2.400, and we have one part that was selected in a previous cycle, but shows as “Not posted”, and now will not pull into a new cycle. When I try to add the part in Cycle Count Part Selection Update, I get an error message stating “Part is already assigned to active cycle count cycle”. However, that cycle count is marked as Complete, so I cannot make any changes to it. Does anyone know how I can get this cleared so we can count this part? I appreciate any help! Michelle L.
