Has anyone successfully been able to use this feature? We have the settings turned on and it is not working for us.
We purchase materials from distributors, but the distributors are only allowed to use our approved manufacturers. The PO is issued to the distributor, but we need to track the approved manufacturer receipts when they are received. How can we accomplish this in Kinetic?
We order material by the foot, but it would be nice to be able to see the weight of each line item on a PO. This way, we can make sure one purchase order fills a truckload. For example, part A we order 100 ft. and part B we order 200 ft. 100’ of part A weighs 10,000 lbs. 200’ of part B weighs 25,000 lbs. To make a full truckload of 40,000 lbs, we would increase one of the items.. We do have the unit weight on the Part attributes. Anyone have a solution?
I tried to run the “Allocation Queue Process” which is supposed to automatically allocate sales orders. I enabled this in the site config and created an allocation template, but it doesn’t work. Anyone have any success with this?
Can you select only certain operations to print on the job traveler?
Is there any way for MRP to consider sales orders on customer or credit holds?
We ship from inventory stock. Sometimes customers want parts made from USA materials. To do this we find a lot that meets this requirement and a note is placed on the order line. How is this communicated to the Fulfillment Workbench so the user knows to allocate by lot?

Can you set bins in Kinetic that product cannot be shipped from for customer orders?
We are just starting testing for Kinetic and demand isn’t showing for new orders. Any suggestions?
