Hey all. Hope you are doing well in the “post COVID” world. Been very quiet as in person meetings just seemed a liability. That said, is there an interest in getting things going again? I am suggesting we could have a virtual meeting to get our feet wet and see where the COVID situation goes. Let me know if you all would like to see that happen

Scheduling engine assigns inactive resource

Hey all. Last week, I marked a resource as inactive as this machine center is no longer in our building. Before doing so, I went through each existing job that called out that resource and manually changed it to its twi. Global scheduling ran this weekend and now I have 312 operations calling out this inactive resource. Is there a step I forgot to do? How do I keep the scheduling engine from calling out this dead resource? FYI we are on 905.701 Thank you for any consideration

Virtual meeting

Hey Group. With Insights getting canceled and our meeting getting canceled and everything getting canceled and depending on the county you live in your life getting canceled, the good folks over at the Central PA group have decided to pull off a webex type of meeting. We have been invited to participate and I was hoping to see if any of our presenter volunteers from the meeting we were supposed to have, would be willing to participate. It's a win win. No travel, no exposure to the potentially infected, and we get to riff on Epicor. Please let me know if this is something you would be into. The date for the meeting is April 16th. Due to popular demand, we will be having a meeting on March 17th! As of now we already have two presenters, though we will need more to make this a worthwhile meeting. Next WPAEUG meeting July 16th

Hey Group. Pencil in the date for July 16th for our next Epicor meeting. Right now we have Coda Bears, docstar, and Bezlio coming in to do presentations. Specific topics from them will be listed as soon as I get them. I owe the group a presentation from my absence so I will do a Epicor customization presentation on "Job Traveler Approval process". The meeting will be created on the the EUG site soon, and Hamill will be hosting so if anyone that plans on coming is not a natural born US citizen or a dual citizen I need to know minimum of two weeks before the meeting or they will not be permitted into the building.
