We have a user that when they go into a module, after the module opens, the search box automatically opens up.I can’t find any settings that would impact this behavior.Does anyone know where this type of setting would be?
We have had this happen twice in approx six months. Fulfillment workbench will be empty, previously thru the day orders will be going thru populating the workbench, however there came a time when the next time a user checked, it was empty. No changes to the system or processes that we are aware of, we are Epicor cloud kinetic environment. We check, and we have orders that should be in the fulfillment workbench, ready to fulfill is checked, etc. We aren’t doing anything different then when everything is working.Then after some time, this time it was less than an hour, but the first time (six months ago) it was a few hours, it will let new orders that are entered, they will show up in the workbench. Previous Open orders (that are still open) are not showing up in the workbench.The only way we have found to get them into the workbench, was to change the shipby date, save (we do change it back and click save again just to keep the order information correct), and then the order will sh
Can a BPM be set up to add a sequential number into a field as a new record is entered?Example, looking to have a BPM enter the Ship ID field (next available) when a new ship via address is entered into Epicor.If this can be done thru BPM, what would that look like in the BPM designer?Thank you for any assistance you can provide.Jason
Is there a way for Sales Order Entry to automatically pull/enter the correct warehouse a part ships from?Example: Site A produces a part, but Site B ships it out.We would like to see if it is possible that when a part is selected in Sales order entry, that the system automatically enters/pulls the correct site to ship from, in this case it would enter the ship from address of Site B (vs Site A where its produced).Is there something already in Kinetic to accomplish this, or would this be a BPM or customization behind the scenes?Thank you for any guidance you can provide.have a great day.
We are still a bit new to Epicor processes, and are looking to see what other users have used if they have items from multiple plants on a sales order, and then wanting to pick which items are going on the invoice.How are people doing this?Thanks in advance for any insight or recommendations.

Hello,Can anyone assist on possible reasons some orders that appear to be in the proper date range for the Backlog report may be left off the report?We have a report style that breaks at territories, and a few salespersons are not seeing all their orders on the report. When checking, the salesperson does have the territory assigned, and the order does have that salesperson listed on the order, and it has not shipped.However when the report is ran, the order is not listed on the report.Any thoughts on what might be stopping some orders from making it to the report? It appears to be random, this is not happening to one salesperson. So it may be a behavior or status on our end. But we are under 2 years with Epicor so i am still learning all the ins and outs, so i don’t know what factors prevent an order from showing up on the Sales Order Backlog report.Thank you for any assistance or guidance you can recommend.
