10.2.500 on-premise We have a user who normally logs in with a Windows short cut, gets the user name / password panel, enters her password and logs in. The menu screen that appears is Metro (not classic and not active home page). But today as soon as she clicks the short cut, the system is logging her in automatically and she gets the active home page which is awkward for her. I looked in her local config files and they both show that single sign-on is disabled. What can I do to get her back to normal? Thank you,..Monty.mwilson@anchorpartners.com
10.2.500 Are any Epicor 10.2 users still using ShopVision reports? When we open these reports they are either blank or they spin forever. In the Help menu, the ShopVision Overview suggests they are still supposed to work, but clicking the help links for the individual dashboards results in a “not found” error. Thanks,….Monty.
I’m creating a part with a four-digit numeric serial number, with an alphanumeric prefix. But when I try to quantity adjust-in one each of the part, and click the Serial Number button and Create Serial Numbers tab, my chosen format is not being followed; anyone have experience with this? Part Maintenance specification of serial number format shown below, followed by what’s shown when I try to create a serial number in Quantity Adjustment. It defaults to 20 digits with no prefix, rather than the 4 digits with alphanumeric prefix I’ve chosen. Any ideas? Part Maintenance
10.2.500I’m finding old 8.03 conversations but nothing recent like E10, to display the current date and time, or just the current time, in a calculated field of a BAQ. There are conversion operators that appear to have this function, but for the life of me I’m not finding a way to display the hours, minutes, and seconds of the current time. It doesn’t help that there is not a calculated field format that just says “time.” The only thing I can get to display is a number like 40372. Thanks much!

Thanks Panel for your inputs. We have the survey results back and the top 5 points are shown below. PLEASE ELABORATE by adding any words of explanation under any and all points, which may help to inform Epicor of the reasoning behind our choices. For example, the fourth one, access to a software area champion, is more fully described. However, the first one; why would it benefit the user community for Epicor Development to take more time between releasing major versions? And on the last point, known issues list, they do provide what claims to be a Known Issues tab in the PDF release notes.
