We just added multisite and opened a new site. Our warehouse manager transferred 5+ truckloads of misc parts to the new site, physically, but did not move them in Epicor and they now want me to move everything via DMT. I tried using Inventory Transfer, and added the From/ToPlant to the template. It worked, except it appears to be doubling the QTY inside the To Bin in Part Tracker, even though the total OH Qty for the WH is correct, and every other place I check (QTY ADJ) etc, only the correct amount shows.I have a ticket in but I’m not sure I’m getting the help I need from support.Do I need to do 3 DMT’s to mirror the Transfer Order/Transfer Order Shipment / TO Recpt process? instead of using Inv Xfer?Is this an Epicor glitch?Thanks in advance.
We currently have a Method Directive BPM on SalesOrder.MasterUpdate that displays a warning message when the OrdDtl.OrdQty field of the changed row is greater than OrdDtlRow.AvailableQuantity.In other words, it pops up a message in front of the CSR’s when they are entering an order line to let them know if they have enough in stock to complete the order.The pop up message displays the OrderQty and the AvailableQty.It’s pretty helpful, but what we would like to be able to do is take it a step further and display BAQ data for all of the Alternate Parts, pertaining to the part on that SO line, and their On Hand Qty, so the CSR’s might be able to (quickly) suggest another part that is in stock to the customer.Does anyone know, A) if this is possible, and B) how it can be accomplished? C) If not possible, do you have any suggestions for something similar?Yes, I know I could create a dashboard with the BAQ and include a filter for PartNum, but I’m hoping to provide a point of entry solution
Kinetic 2023 Cloud w/ ECC Magento Website and we do not use Epicor’s Payment module.We had an online customer place an order at the end of June and their cc expired in June. Their order was paid for (authorized and captured) at point of sale and settled at close of business that day.Now that we have the goods in stock, and it is July, we want to ship the order, but it is on order hold. We cannot take the order off of order hold because we get the error: “Exp. Month and Exp. Year must be in the current month or in the future.”We cannot edit the expiration date of the card (or any info on that tab).Long story short, we need to process and ship this order and can’t.Does anyone have any suggestions? We already have a ticket in with support, but it’s not going very well.
Our CSR’s are neglecting to add contacts to the Order on a routine basis, we used to have BPM’s in place to remind them to add contacts, but at some point (we’re in the cloud and go through a lot of upgrades) they began interfering with core functionality, so we disabled them.I’m trying to come up with a BAQ so that we can monitor the ATTN fields (OrderHed.PrcConNum & OrderHed.ShpConNum) on open orders for blank values and update them, but I keep getting more rows than I should.I started out with just trying to get adding the PrcConNum added.We have 269 open orders but when I add the CustCnt table (Relations: Company/Company, CustID/CustID, PrcConNum/ConNum) I end up in the high 300’s with rows repeated. If I change to unique it goes back to 269, but when I try to bring the CustCnt name field in it shots back up. I’m getting rows for all contacts instead of the one that specifically associates to that order (I thought matching up PrcConNum to ConNum and setting relation for rows fr
We have a custom UD field on our Quote Form (CheckBox11) that is supposed to suppress the Header Misc Charges on the SSRS report if it is checked (true), but the report prints them regardless of what value is in the cb since the latest upgrade.I looked at the report and the there is no longer a formula in the visibility for that sub-report.I’m not the one who set up the report and I have zero skills with code used on the SSRS reports.Does anyone know what formula I would need to paste into the visibility to hide that sub-report from displaying $ values if the checkbox is checked?The checkboxes are already on the report, I only need the correct formula.
Does anyone have any pointers on getting Sharepoint attachments working in Kinetic Cloud?Our IT company just migrated a bunch of data from our server to the cloud and the server path where we were storing attachments is no longer valid, so no one can add new attachments or view previous attachments.I looked at the help documentation and spent a few hours plugging in every different combination of settings I could think of without success. I put in a ticket and they told me to look at the help documentation……. thanks guys.
Not sure how to go about generating a BAQ (or Dash consisteing of BAQ(s))to show only 1st time quotes for customers. Anyone have any ideas?
Does anyone use the CRM module? We have had it for a while but never really set it up and used it. I can’t find any documentation or training videos for setup and use.In playing around with it in our Pilot environment, I managed to create a new marketing list and used the marketing list generator to filter the results and exported them to my list.Here’s where I am lost - how do I actually use the list? There are no actual addresses that I could use to do a mailed campaign, or email addresses that I could use to do an email campaign. It just gives me the CustID, ShipToNum, ContactNum and Name. What am I missing here?
I need to create a BAQ that will return only the last (most recent) sales order for each customer and create a formula field that tells me how many days ago that was.In E9 there was the first/last criteria. I’ve been trying to play around with subqueries w/o much success.Anyone know how to do this in E10?
